Paying homage to its diving watch heritage, OMEGA launched the Planet Ocean collection in 2005. Today the elegant OMEGA Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M Master Chronometer is a tribute to OMEGA's dive watch heritage.
This model, featuring scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, features a blue ceramic dial with Arabic numerals and a date window at 3 o'clock. The 43.5 mm stainless steel case features a unidirectional blue ceramic bezel with OMEGA Liquidmetal™ diving scale .
Other features include a screw-down case back with a honeycomb motif and a stainless steel bracelet with a patented extendable folding clasp.
The OMEGA Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M Master Chronometer is water resistant to 600 meters / 60 bar (2000 feet) and is equipped with a helium valve. The OMEGA 8900 Master Chronometer caliber that powers this timepiece is visible through the transparent caseback. To obtain Master Chronometer status, it passed 8 rigorous tests established by METAS (Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology).
